Anything with either the Xfce or LXQt desktop environment would be good enough for you. I heard those are pretty lightweight.
LXDE is kinda nice too.
VLC: it can do anything media related. I wish iTunes can do this without being so bloated.

As someone who hates Windows with a passion, once everyone recommend Linux Mint, I knew I had to try it.
I immediately had negative first impressions. I simply don’t wanna use something with a desktop environment that reminds me of something that I hate. I get that it makes transitioning a lot easier for many, but for me it simply looks too similar to Windows.
Sometimes I think about those cartoon scenes where a character has a plunger stuck in their face. That’s technically more than 0%.
